By accessing or using the services of Moperta Luxury Travel Agency ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
Moperta Luxury Travel Agency provides bespoke travel planning and concierge services for destinations within Norway. Our services include but are not limited to:
3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
3.2 A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 90 days prior to travel for Arctic expeditions.
3.3 Our service fees are separate from and in addition to costs for accommodations, transportation, and other travel expenses.
3.4 Payments can be made in NOK, EUR, or USD as specified in your contract.
4.1 Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
4.2 Cancellations made within 90 days of departure are subject to the cancellation policies of our suppliers (lodges, transportation providers, etc.).
4.3 Our service fees are non-refundable once planning work has commenced.
4.4 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage for Arctic conditions.
5.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation for travel to Norway.
5.2 Clients are responsible for their own travel insurance and must provide proof of adequate coverage for Arctic conditions.
5.3 Clients must adhere to the laws and regulations of Norway during their travel, including environmental protection regulations.
5.4 Clients are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes in travel plans or circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions.
6.1 Moperta Luxury Travel Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers (lodges, transportation companies, etc.).
6.2 We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by the defect of any vehicle or the negligence or default of any third party.
6.3 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for those specific services.
6.4 We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
6.5 Northern Lights sightings are subject to weather conditions and solar activity. While we maximize chances through expert planning, we cannot guarantee sightings.
7.1 We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries when necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, especially in Arctic conditions.
7.2 We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives when changes are necessary.
7.3 Changes requested by the client after confirmation may incur additional fees.
All itineraries, travel plans, and documentation provided by Moperta Luxury Travel Agency are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
